Head of BAME Connectivity Programme – BTEG

Location: London

Part-Time (25 Hours per week)

Salary: £39-41 K NJC scale PO (47-48) (Pro-rata)

Deadline: 13 July 5PM

The post is funded by the City Bridge Trust for a fixed 2 years

The Black Training and Enterprise Group (BTEG) is a national charity delivering programmes for young black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) people aged 11-30 years.We are now recruiting for the above position.

The post will suit someone with 

  • at least three years’ experience of project management and partnership working on community and economic development

  • experience of working with the voluntary and community sector and the black minority ethnic sector

  • at least 2 years experience of delivering training

  • an understanding of the voluntary and community sector and the black & minority ethnic sector within London
