Vacancies: Are you a Migrant Leader?

Are you a migrant living in Newham, Tower Hamlets or Hackney?

Are you passionate about the rights and experiences of the members of your community? Do you want to promote a positive narrative about migration?

We are seeking motivated and inspiring migrants living in East London to join us as volunteer Migrant Leaders

As a Migrant Leader you will:

  • Receiving expert training in community organising and campaigning
  • Be given the tools to collect the views and experiences of migrant communities, which will be used to shape local campaigns
  • Be supported to organise and mobilise members of local migrant communities to take action around common concerns
  • Meet and collaborate with other migrant leaders, campaigners and policy makers
  • Travel expenses and any other support to ensure participation
