NEW- Right to work checks guide

We are pleased to share with you our new right to work checks guide which aims to support migrant workers and their representatives to be fully aware of the rules, and their rights when these checks are undertaken.

MRN partnered with the Trade Union Congress (TUC) to produce a guide to help trade union reps better understand the new right to work checks process. This will enable them to better inform and support their migrant members and colleagues when they need it and aims to set a standard for representation.
